ARC—short for Advisors Resource Co‑op—began informally in 1994 as a grassroots “study group” founded by industry connector and “Godfather of Golf,” Mark Josefczyk. His goal was simple: unite entrepreneurial-minded RIAs to share best practices, solve problems, and enjoy each other’s company—ideally over a round of golf. What began as casual meetups quickly evolved into a national, invitation-only peer network grounded in mutual support and real conversation.
